What are your opening hours?
The butcher counter with butcher service is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Sunday. The store is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (without butcher service), and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in winter, seven days a week.
Do you offer mobile mechoui for weddings and receptions?
Yes! Our mobile mechoui team travels across the South Shore of Quebec City for weddings, birthdays, corporate lunches and family celebrations.
Where does your meat come from?
We work with local suppliers; the vast majority of our meats and products are Canadian and from Quebec.
What is your famous Thursday special?
Every Thursday, enjoy our popular crispy house-made fried chicken, served with golden fries, salad and sauce.
